This is the Perfect Summer Dress for infants, toddlers and youths. We've started with a 100% cotton jersey empire waist sleeveless dress. It is approximately knee length and can also be worn layered over various tops when it gets cooler. So cute and very stylish - but still so simple!
We've added a fun little ribbon flower on the bodice and a sweet pink and lime striped ribbon along the hem.
