Q: How long does it take to receive my custom order?

A: I ask that you allow at least TWO weeks AFTER payment and measurements are received for custom orders to be completed and shipped. However, it will most likely take less time.

 

Q: Do you do RUSH orders?

A: Please ask--I can do rush orders. If you need an item in less than one week, I charge an additional $10.

 

Q: How do you keep the pants from being too long once ribbon is added?

A: I will cut and rehem the pants to ensure the overall length stays the same once the ribbons are added. That being said, if you need the pants even longer or shorter, that can be accomplished by adding the ribbons directly to the bottom of the hem or taking off more length when I rehem.

 

Q: Can you wash these items?

A: Yes, these items can be washed on GENTLE or HANDWASH cycle in COLD water and HUNG TO DRY. FYI--handwashing will keep the ribbons looking better longer. DO NOT DRY CLEAN!

 

Q: What brands do you use?

A: I always start with Brand New items. I generally use Children's Place and Old Navy on the bottoms and Children's Place, Old Navy, or Crazy 8 on the top. I sometimes use Circo brand from Target and Arizona brand from JC Penney.

 

Q: Will you do slim/plus sizes?

A: Yes, I can do slim and plus sizes. Please ask in advance to ensure I can get the size you need--if I have to special order, it will be an additional $5.
